Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on pricing and weight. We proudly use UPS Ground and Freight Shipping, whichever is best for the product you've ordered. Please put your zip code in the freight box to determine the cost of shipping. Normal delivery times are between 5-9 business days. Orders may arrive in multiple packages and on separate days depending on type of and volume of product ordered. Return Policy
IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN IT.
THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY:
- All requests to return an item must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. All return requests must be made by calling 1-800-531-8573
- All products must be returned in new condition in the original packaging.
- We are unable to credit you for shipping charges.
- We will provide you with a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a pre-paid UPS return-shipping label. A shipping fee will be applied to cover the return costs.
Returns without an RMA or orders you refuse at the time of delivery will result in your credit being delayed or denied.
Back Orders
Back orders will automatically be shipped when the product is back in stock unless otherwise cancelled by the customer.
