Return Policy
IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE, YOU MAY RETURN IT. THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY: All requests to return an item must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. All return requests must be made by calling 1-800-531-8573 All products must be returned in new condition in the original packaging. We are unable to credit you for shipping charges. We will provide you with a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a pre-paid UPS return-shipping label. A shipping fee will be applied to cover the return costs. Returns without an RMA or orders you refuse at the time of delivery will result in your credit being delayed or denied.
